Decadent but sufficient

Very close Sanctuary. It has parking. Friendly service. Old and somewhat decadent building. Room enough.
Price adjusted off-season.

Zero professionalism!! Watch out.

Very unprofessional, with few days to stay I am advised that the hotel WILL BE CLOSED the days I HAD ALREADY BOOKED.
I never book there again. BE CAREFUL!!!

Not good

The only positive note of the hotel is its proximity to the entrance of the sanctuary. Other things don't come up enough I'm talking about board and hospitality. To eat it seemed to be the blue fish of Fano with the only difference that the blue fish in comparison you eat from 5 stars. Then room small bathroom almost equal to the mouth with toilet that creaked so you had to hurry to do the needs or else you ran the risk that it came off the wall. Staff unsociable and hospitable. Do not forget that it is run by the Italian Unitalsi and I feel family since I was a stretcher bearer for several years.

Horrible experience

Room worthy of a dormitory, not even a cardboard cup to rinse your mouth, bed with a simple sheet. Breakfast non-existent see photos, sound insulation non-existent. Hotel worthy of one star , the control that awards the stars should pass 90% of the hotels in Lourdes, but I think there are many (bribes), it is not possible otherwise!!!!

Embarrassing and expensive.

Eat of low quality. Prices for extras to compare to the French Riviera. People in Lourdes come to pray and not to be robbed. Asked glass of wine (quality from carton) paid 3€.
Rooms acceptable but they just make your bed and do not pass any rag to clean. There are three stars to indicate the category but I am convinced that one they painted, the second they borrowed from another closed structure and the third seen the period is the star comet of the nativity scene. Avoid.
