We had a very dark room with only one window to a small and Dark backyard. Hotel is well situated nearby restaurants and the sea. Breakfast outside on 5th floor is great. Most of the staff was kind and helpfyll.

Great location. Hotel room standard was worned and lack of any decoration. Bathroom ok but a good scrub on the tiles should be needed. Room and corridores with very humid air. Carpets on floors looked dirty and old. However bed was good, clean and comfortable! Staff was very kind and helpful!

We paid $563 for 2 nights, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
The location was excellent—walking distance to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to explore. It was very convenient for getting around and enjoying Nice.
The air conditioning was excellent, which was definitely appreciated after being out sightseeing. The room also had no carpet, which was a big plus for us, and everything felt clean and comfortable. The shower was good and worked well.
Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the location was one of our favorite things about the hotel. A great base for exploring Nice!

Overall the hotel was clean, had a good location for what we needed. The room was also very basic with no hot water facilities. Our bathroom was very run down and needed several repairs as the toilet seat was broken and very loose, the tap in the shower was broken and the shower angle meant the whole bathroom got soaked unless you held the shower head when using which was tricky! A very basic breakfast also.

The elevator did not during our whole stay, fine when you dont have bags and good knees. But a bit rough to carry heavy bags 4 floors 😆! Also it was a bit worn down in general but, fully functioning
