Highly recommended Boutique style!

We were pleasantly surprised. We knew it was going to be a small room as the Hotel did notify us at booking, and prior to arriving. On arrival, the staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was super fresh, and really delicious. Fresh fruits, pastries and cheeses my absolute favourite! Our room with a small 'Juliette' balcony was newly refurbished and very clean. Bed and linen were satisfactory, and the room was serviced daily. We always travel with ear plugs, so invest in a pair for no interruption to your sleep. We rate this small boutique Hotel 5 out of 5 for value for money, location to shops & restaurant's and they have a small lift available. A decent budget hotel

As out-of-centre hotels go it is well-situated, close to Place Garibaldi and bus/metro routes to the airport and 10 minutes walk from Nice Riquier station for trains along the coast. There are also several supermarkets, including a large Carrefour, in walking distance. Our room, on the 4th floor, was small, but quite comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom and large balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good with a reasonable choice of decent quality hot and cold options. Nothing exceptional but met our needs for a four night stay.

We stayed here for one night at the end of a cruise. It is a lovely family run hotel. The reception staff were very helpful, recommending places to visit and booking a taxi for our journey to the airport. The location is good with plenty to see around the old town and harbour. The room was cosy (small). We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the street below which was very nice. The bathroom was clean and modern. Air conditioning effective and quiet. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Overall for the price would highly recommend.

Excellent and very helpful staff. A staff member showed me all the interesting spots to go in the city and was super helpful in giving advice on the city. I loved the location of this hotel and it was super close to a tram stop and well as the train to get to surrounding cities (Antibes, Monaco, etc.). Super comfortable and clean; I would love to go back again.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Nice

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a trip with my partner, and we had a fantastic experience. The location was one of the highlights — perfectly situated for exploring the city on foot, while also being very convenient for public transport connections.
A special mention goes to Quentin, who greeted us on arrival. We were genuinely impressed by how much time he spent walking us through the city, sharing recommendations, and highlighting the key sights to visit during our stay. His advice really helped us make the most of our time in Nice and made us feel incredibly welcome from the start.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains, which helped us get a great night’s sleep on all 3 nights.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice.
