Simply Perfect place for location and money.

Perfect location and price.
Neat room, and most importantly the people! Staff very patient to English speaking, solving ours complicated order calmly, easy and in seconds.
Great team! Taoufik ( my apologies if I wrongly spelled your name) and Nassim is the top front desk managers!
It was a very nice experience!
My next visit to Paris hotel!

Poor Price quality ratio.To avoid

The hotel has been recently renovated but nothing works properly: sink and shower clogged, zero extraction in the bathrooms, poor quality windows so zero soundproofing.
Breakfast is just right (bad jam, industrial orange juice and bad coffee)

He's a good troubleshooter!

Very good location in a great neighborhood to live in.
Staff with little care, the air conditioning did not work well and we came to repair very quickly.
Bathroom all redone but which requires some flexibility given the small size.

Major Issue with Air conditioning

Air conditioning doesn’t work although it is extremely hot in Paris. We couldn’t sleep and hotel didn’t offer any help. Rooms are very small. Not worth the money.

Good experience

This hotel was booked at 11:30 p.m. following the escape of another.
To my surprise the hotel is cozy and meets very well what is expected of a hotel. I couldn't test breakfast (starbucks requires:D)
The only small downside to note, a new bathroom but the jet of water is weak and the water takes time to heat and sometimes goes from very hot to cold but it remains the piping of Parisian hotels ..
I recommend to spend 2/3 days for business or stopover.
