Great hotel away from the crowds. Very clean facilities with AC which was necessary in the record heat wave. Helpful staff who took our postcards to mail and guided us to purchase the stamps nearby.

Great air con!!!
We arrived in the heatwave and were very worried about the air conditioning...
The hotel has fantastic air con!! Th best we have had in France. The room was nice and the bathroom. Big by french standards
On arrival we were treated with iced lemon water and a friendly greeting at reception .

Pleasant stay
We stayed in this hotel from June 25 to June 29, 2026.
As a neighborhood, it is not the best; there are many homeless people, but everyone is minding their own business. Regarding hotels and services, they are truly good; the triple room is very spacious and bright, and the bathroom is comfortable.
Breakfast service is €10 per person, and you can choose whether or not to have it there. Unfortunately, the tourist tax is a bit high, but that's okay.
Convenient location as it is close to the Crimée metro station. There are also several supermarkets in the area where we had lunch and breakfast. There are also very nice bakeries.
Excellent value for money.

Lovely location, lovely hotel!
We love Hôtel Paris Villette ! This is a fairly priced hotel in a very diverse neighbourhood where you can find specialty restaurants featuring Korean, Italian, Chinese, Lebanese, Turkish, and many other cuisines. All this within 20 minutes walking or less. This is a highly walkable area, only 250 m or so to the entrance to the metro, and about 10 minutes walk to Parc Villette where you see runners jogging along the canal every day. We always felt safe in this area, but being tourists we don't go out late at night. If you love live music, check out La Trabendo. It is located in Parc Villette and is a pleasent walk from the hotel, about 1200m or less. We love this location.
The hotel amenities are just as described. Our room had a safe, a 4 pc bath, TV, and a working radiant heating panel, perfect for February visits.
You don't speak french? The staff here are so very polite and can help you in English. This is our second visit, we hope we can return again one day!

He fulfilled his role but would NOT return
Although the stay has not been bad, I would not return mainly because of the distance and environment in which the hotel is located.
Although it has fulfilled its function value for money since Paris we know it is expensive.
The reception staff was very friendly and friendly. Not so much the breakfast staff.
Breakfast was included: very simple but good, especially the croissants. They only had salami and cold meat cheese. In my case I had it included in the reservation but I wouldn't have caught it, really. The rooms somewhat small, the bathroom also but clean. The A/C was working well so that the windows could be closed.
Better the room with the bathroom with bathtub than the shower...(it is smaller).
They say there was a metro stop nearby but for safety we have always moved by uber/bolt. It did take half an hour to travel to each tourist spot: Torre Eiffel, Louvre, Hotel de Ville etc.
This has made us go out in the morning and come back at night just to sleep...
