Simple but effective.

Not disappointed. Old hotel, simple room but very clean. Ideally located with the metro 3 minutes away on foot (line 3). Friendly staff. Parking space available for an additional fee, not far away. Very good value for money.

To avoid

One shower instead of two advertised, half of the equipment advertised was missing, beds not made, kettle without cups, no cups for toothbrushes, no shower gel, no secure door, we heard the neighbors as if they were in our room... in short... far too expensive for what we received!

Good Option in Paris

The location is good. Close to the subway. There is also a supermarket and several coffee options, bars, restaurants and other shopping points in the area. We were quite satisfied. Our room was large, with a good size private bathroom. There was also a table with two chairs, a oven and a milk machine. The negative point is that there is no elevator. We were on the fifth floor and that was pretty bad. The view from the room was good. We were in a time when it was still cold. I don't know if in the heat season it would have been a good option.

Great.

Excellent value for money, for 50 euros a night you can’t expect a 4 star but when you’re visiting this hotel is perfect! Clean, welcome, nothing negative to say for the price. I didn’t hear any particular noise either, I recommend.

To avoid

Outdated premises, ridiculously small room equipped with brick and bric (1 plastic folding table and 1 plastic garden chair, that's all), bed little better than a camping bed and not made, hospital sheet and old blanket. Not even a cup to brush your teeth with. Hairs all over the cover sheet. Door not secured with old lock difficult to close. Toilet in a cagibi in the middle of the stairs and without lock! No soundproofing, noise until 1am. 120 euros for that, it's abused!
