This is a very basic hotel that isn’t particularly well maintained or clean. While we enjoyed the location close to the Metro 7 line and the excellent air conditioning the remainder left a lot to be desired.
Let’s start with a dirty (stained) bottom sheet on the bed which wasn’t changed even though our room was cleaned. Next the common areas looked thoroughly neglected. The room amenities were okay but could have used a trash can (there was only a super tiny one in the toilet area), a towel rack and some storage for your clothes.
The staff was kind and helpful but not always available as I finally figured out how to let myself out of the sliding door in the morning.
The breakfast seemed pretty basic and wasn’t out yet most mornings as we left to explore Paris.
The rooms were cheap however so I guess you get what you pay for.

Good price and accessible to centre. Good if you just need a place to stay and explore. Comfortable bed, simple and easy check in - wonderful staff. No complaints.

At the price per night and with 3 stars, we expect better.

The staff is very pleasant and efficient; there is nothing to say on this point. There are quite a few small shops nearby, and public transport is 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The bedding is quite comfortable. However, the noise is omnipresent. The transport shakes the room every time it passes; you can hear everything that happens with the neighbors, in the hallway.. Double glazing would really not be too much either. One of the night lights in the room was not working, and a wall socket almost stayed in my hand. A refresh would be welcome. If you are looking for peace and quiet, forget it. If you want something close to public transport, go for it.

Insomnia

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP: the subway shakes the building, the corridor door slams constantly, and the ground floor room is almost next to the reception. What a shame! I left much more tired than when I arrived.
