Everything was great, place was extremely small (I’m from the US) and they only had a badly working steamer & not an iron… I ended up throwing clothes in shower to steam out but they were very nice & let me borrow a power convergent for the outlets, I would stay again if I could grab a bigger room

Disgusting hotel room.

DISGUSTING HOTEL ROOM. There was MOLD, FECES and WHITE SPLASHES on the bed. My friend and I cried for an hour because of how disgusting it was. We left and they cancelled the booking without giving us our refund back. Do not go here if you have ANY standards for cleanliness.

Very disappointing experience

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very disappointing experience
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
On arrival we ended up in a room that was not clean. There were hairs in the bed and in the bathroom, there were stains in several places and in the fridge was even spoiled fruit. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. This is not what you would expect from a hotel.
We reported this immediately to the reception. Eventually we were offered another room, but it was smaller and did not meet the room we had booked. We indicated that we would like a similar room to what we had paid for, but according to the hotel it was not available.
After this disappointing experience, we asked for a reasonable solution and a (partial) refund. Unfortunately, manager Jean refused to think about this in any way. Despite the obvious complaints and photos of the hygiene problems, he maintained the position that no compensation was possible.
The most disappointing thing was not only the state of the room, but especially the way we were treated as guests. There was little understanding, no responsibility and no willingness to come to a customer-friendly solution.
For the price we paid we expected a clean room and good service. Unfortunately, we didn't get either.
We will not be coming back here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

This tiny apartment is all about the location. to be able to look at your window and see the arc de triumph was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly from keeping our keys for us each time we went out to making sure we understood how to use the Metro. The rooms are extremely tiny, but as long as you’re prepared for that, you will have a wonderful experience. I would stay here again.

Horrific, Unethical, Does not allow a baby

Our experience was deeply concerning and, in our view, demonstrated unethical business practices.
Despite disclosing at the time of booking that we were travelling with an infant, the hotel refused to honour our reservation upon arrival, claiming that children were not permitted. This directly contradicted the property's published policies, which state that children are welcome. At no point before arrival were we informed that our booking would not be honoured.
The hotel then refused to provide accommodation, retained the full amount of our prepaid stay, denied our request for a refund, and demanded an additional €700 in cash to arrange alternative accommodation for the night.
In our opinion, these actions are both unethical and potentially unlawful. We have reported the matter to the appropriate local authorities and the French tourism authorities for investigation.
If you value transparent policies, ethical business practices, and confidence that a confirmed reservation will be honoured, AVOID Stella hotel.
