The Perfect Beginning to Our Provence Anniversary Trip

Our stay at La Maison Léonard du Ventoux was the first stop on our Provence trip celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We received a delightful welcome, full of hospitality and warmth, and enjoyed exceptional accommodations perfect for such a special occasion.
The location is outstanding; we were close to everything in Sault and could fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of the charming town center. We found a spacious, comfortable, and spotless room with a convenient bathroom, as well as a magnificent, peaceful garden—a perfect spot to truly unwind, read a book, and relax.
The property is decorated in a distinctive style—elegant, comfortable, and tasteful, exuding charm and sophistication.
We lacked nothing, and the morning breakfast was delicious, varied, and served right on time. We will long remember the kindness and hospitality of Valérie, as well as our excursions to the lavender festival and nearby Mont Ventoux.

Amazing Provence

Fantastic place to stay in Provence! Valerie is an amazing host with wonderful information on local places. Sault has interesting restaurants in its village and neighboring villages, shops and biking options (lavendar fields, Mt. Ventoux, Gorge le Nesque).

an exceptional address

Everything was perfect during our stay. The charm of places steeped in history, magnificently furnished and decorated in the Provençal style, the welcome and good advice from Valérie who takes great care of her clients, the location in the heart of the historic center of Sault and the copious and refined breakfast .
I highly recommend.

Lovely, quiet

Wonderful. Lovely freshly renovated old house, excellent shower, scenic views right from my bed, scent of lavender through the house, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful owner Valerie.
Sault is an extremely quiet village with charming little winding streets and old houses, and we had excellent meals at a nearby restaurant. For a walk, Valerie advised us to drive a few km before parking and walking on a lavender trail, and she was right, it was better to drive to the start rather than walk from the village. Very easy flat walk between lavender fields, with birdsong coming from the stream burbling past.
