Perfect

The hotel is perfectly located. The ferry terminal for Corsica is only a 10-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel, with buses providing easy access to the beautiful beaches of Sète.
Our room was very spacious and bright.
There are plenty of cafés and restaurants around the hotel, and the food is absolutely delicious.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would be happy to stay here again.

Friendly but unprofessional staff

The property is well located next to the city centre but very difficult to stop and unload
Arrived on a Saturday around 2 PM .Had to leave my wife in the car since no one from the hotel was available
A lone receptionist was so busy on her phone it took her few seconds and me clearing my throat to realize she had a guest waiting
Then she could not find my reservation and had to call a colleague on the phone who showed her where to find my reservation BUT not to check me in until she arrives around 3 PM
No problem …. Back at 4 to be given my keys by this other receptionist . Going to the room and discover a completely different then the one I booked
Back to the receptionist who first claimed my reservation did not specific the room type (junior suite with canal view)… luckily I had a copy and when confronted with it she admitted that my room was given to someone else and they are overbooked !!
I ended up in a very strangely designed room with roof top view
Breakfast ok
I you are coming with a car you must secure a parking spot otherwise forget it
Sadly won’t be my first choice visiting sete again

Bar closed early, couldn’t get a drink
Room
Was a junior suite yet paper cups for tea, no milk and reception said no coffee or milk could be given!
The bar was closed ( advertised as 11 ) by 8:30 so again couldn’t get a drink.. not even a bottle of complementary water in the room!
Disappointed either experience
Charge for stirring a bike was ridiculous

Communal areas were really nice, enjoyed the courtyard in the evening and for breakfast. The staff were really fantastic and so helpful. The rooms basic and a but shabby compared to the appearance elsewhere but perfectly adequate for the reasonable price I paid at short notice.

A not very professional welcome

Very disappointed with this hotel. When I made my reservation several months ago, I was asked to call on the day of arrival to reserve a parking space, which I did this morning. I was then told that it was impossible due to a summer event and that the whole town is closed off.
I explained that I am carrying a lot of luggage and that, for health reasons, I cannot carry it for several kilometers. I simply asked for a solution or a goodwill gesture: no solution was offered to me and the cancellation of my room was refused.
Result: $200 paid for a room that I cannot use.
I can understand the constraints related to an event, but certainly not the total lack of understanding or goodwill gesture in such a situation.
Thanks for this business spirit... very disappointing.
