Lovely views.

Stayed at Rozas for 6 days before moving on to Agios Gordios, lovely clean apartments, stunning views of the harbour and out to sea. Lovely friendly family. Great value for money to. Booked directly with them.

very nice view

it is not so far from main road if you walking down but when you have a car then it is little tricky to go up, 2 options to drive there, one from small street which could be hard when other car is coming and other option from above and with little help you can find the place, roza and her family are really sweet people and they are always there to help you when you need them... room is big enough and very clean, balcony has a great view, perfect for sunrise... there is a small kitchen, a small fridge, air condition... bathroom is clean... bed is not double but two bed side by side which made it as a one big bed but middle is disturbing when sleeping if you also turning so much while you are sleeping... definetly can recommend this place... there is a nice beach which is just 5 min. drive from hotel...

Lovely little place at the top of the village!

We've just left and thought I'd leave a quick review. We booked a day before from the UK and the apartment and location paid off! Really good value for money and the host, Magda and her family were super lovely and accomodating.
You've got everything you need in the apartment and it has a superb view of the sea and marina.
Benistes is a lovely little place. Mellow and good restaurants. Recommended BIG BITE for the food and the scenery.
Refreshingly not a hotel, no rowdy groups and simply blissful. Worth booking Rozas! :)

A beautiful setting and welcoming family

I can not recommend this place enough! It is positioned in the old village of Benitsies and as you walk though the streets you're taken back in time. The walk to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes and is a joyful experience in its self passing an old church and numerous flower displays adorning the village homes. The people of the village greet you like you're part of the community and make you feel safe and welcome. never more so than the wonderful family who run Roza Studios who will do anything to make your stay an exceptional experience. The rooms are perfectly clean and are of an unusually good size. The views from the balcony look over the harbour and sea landscape from one side and the lushly covered mountain to the other. The AC is at no extra cost which is unusual in Greece and little extras like tea/coffee sachets were available upon our arrival. The only thing missing is a pool. However, there is one down the road attached to another studio which is open to the public for the price of a drink.
I rarely give 5 stars, yet on this occasion with the position, view and fabulous family it had to represent the idyllic experience. Thank you to the family and another rule we may break is returning to the same place. The beach is pebbly,but clean and great for snorkeling and many lovely restaurants nearby. Furthermore the peace of the location is amazing, just the occasional cockerel and church bell...

Fantastic location with beautiful views, friendly family and clean appartment

Yes it is uphill as is most of Greece. We are 2 OAPs and you do get used to it. To make the most of the view its worth the climb. The welcome and the friendliness of the family are exceptional. Natasha speaks good English and Spiros booked for us then took us to pick up taxi. Genuine hospitality.
