Lovely stay at a lovely welcoming hotel

Lovely hotel , rooms tastefully decorated in line with the property’s age . Petros and his wife are the most lovely hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them .
Excellent view of the harbour from a small but adequate balcony and is no more than a five minute walk from the hotel.
Rooms were serviced well every day by the staff ,new sheets , towels etc .There is a fridge & hair dryer in the room along with a shower and toilet area , albeit small .
No issues at all were experienced and would have no hesitation in booking a stay there again .

Old accommodations

- bathroom is old (looks like a sink from the 70s) & it's impossible to take a shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor
- ceiling fan is dangerously wobbly and I was afraid to use it
- bed is uncomfortable
I have no idea why this hotel has such high reviews. The owner is nice, but that isn't enough to overcome the problems with the accommodations

Excellent stay which was a bit longer than planned!

We originally booked for one night before flying out of Samos but ended up staying 2 nights due to problems with ferries. Petros was very helpful arranging stay and organising taxi for airport. He was very informative and service was good. Room was compact but more than adequate very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. It is only a very short walk to seafront bars and restaurants. Parking would be a problem if you have a hire car!

Perfect location in Samos

We booked a sea view room with Petro at Samaina and absolutely loved everything including perfect location for walking around the town (we got fit pretty quick with the ups and downs!), driving to beaches around Samos, port and airport. Petro directed us to an easy parking spot and provided directions to nearby sites. The room was very clean and cozy, and included a kettle with coffee and a fridge. We also appreciated the delicious cake made by Petros’ wife. What awesome hospitality! We will definitely stay here again if we return to Samos!

Amazing

Thank you very much for the hotel owner's smile, helpful attitude, hospitality and gifts. We loved the radio in the rooms. You should stay at this hotel that''s very close to the center and has great owners. We stayed 5 nights and provided easy transportation everywhere.
