Everything really very beautiful

Charming, well-kept, modern hotel located in the center of the small village of Vivari. Small in size, but this represents a significant advantage for the tranquility and relaxation that the property is able to offer.
Furthermore, it represents a strategic point for reaching the beaches of Kondili, Kantia, and Asini.
Always well-kept in terms of cleanliness, fragrant environments, quiet, it offers a patio in front where you can have breakfast. This is truly special; you can also taste very fresh Greek products, from yogurt with honey, which is fabulous, delicious olives in oil, cherry tomatoes, ham and cheese, and the typical cheese and spinach savory pastries, which are very tasty, juices, fresh fruit, and small omelets with bacon. In short, for all tastes and all palates. You can also order lattes and espressos at the bar.
If you return late at night, there is a side entrance protected by an electronic key.
The rooms are modernly furnished, with air conditioning and a small balcony with chairs and a small table.
Cleaning is done every day, with a change of towels and sheets every two days. There is good, free, and fast Wi-Fi available in all areas.
Essential but very practical bathroom; the room is also equipped with a fridge, kettle, and stove, basically a kitchenette typical of Greek studios.
A special mention must go to the staff; Demetra, Silvia, Giorgia, together with the owner, were truly professional, always kind and smiling, discreet but ready to assist you with care, generous with advice of all kinds, which made us feel like special guests.
A small pool, always kept clean and well-maintained, completes the offer for those who do not want to go anywhere.
To conclude, I would like to point out that the village is truly small, but at a very short distance there are numerous taverns where you can enjoy excellent fish right on the seashore.
I feel like strongly recommending this property both for the price-quality ratio, which is among the highest of many vacations in Greece, but also because we had a really good time: I would really like to return!

Very simple suite in the charming village of vivari. The staff is very attentive and charming. I recommend this accommodation

The guesthouse is very close to the sea after crossing a road with traffic jam. Most of the beach spots are occupied by restaurants. To spend some time at the beach, go to Tolo at 5 kms in the direction of Nauplie.

Staff here was great with excellent service and very friendly. Building was older but well maintained. No elevaror so getting to the second level has lots of stairs and so bringing up suitcases was a pain. Good basic breakfast and great coffee but breakfast could be improved. Small living area in rooms but very clean rooms. Close to a nice beach and taverns.

Good choice

Good value for money overall.
The location is very good, very close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants.
Parking
Breakfast is very humble and frugal.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Room was fairly sized and had sufficient amenities.
