There seemed to be a party going on in the room next to us well past midnight. When informing the front desk they sent someone up to sort this however it didn't resolve the issue. Frustrating and not very restful.

Great experience

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Agra with our family. The hotel offered great hospitality, comfortable rooms, and a very relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit.
One of the best parts of our stay was the beautiful Taj View room — waking up to the stunning view of the Taj Mahal was truly special. The room was spacious and luxurious, and relaxing in the bathtub after a long day made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety and excellent service. A special mention for chef Arvind and Ravi for making such delicious meals. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel team for making our son’s birthday extra special by upgrading our room. Their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality made our celebration memorable and added a personal touch to our stay.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely love to visit again!

Experience

Planned trip for my parents weekend and the property was perfectly located.
Ambience was good.
Front desk people help me with a smooth check in and good walk till room telling me everything about property and breakfast timings.
Housekeeping was very prompt by 1 call as I requested them to put on the extra bed in the room so they were quick and with a big smile on face to help me with.
Good advance and clean room well maintained rooms.
Value for money deal and good package recommendation via Radisson App.
0 noise coming from outside, inside the room.
Proper amenities were placed inside the room and washroom and if anything required so Housekeeping was there to help instantly.
Thank You Radisson Agra for the best service.
