Stunning Property!

Went with my family in June and was pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality offered at the Hotel. The rooms were spacious and squeaky clean, the service was incredibly courteous and prompt, the food was fresh and the views were breathtaking. The surrounding peace coupled with the sound of the river nearby envelopes you making this hotel a great place to relax and chill!

Pathetic Service

Pathetic experience, the owner is from Simla and is always drunk. Initially they will speak in a very suttle manner but once you paid for the stay, you will have the real experience.
1. Only one room service staff who will not even attend your call
2. Total 5 glass in complete property so they will ask you to finish your stuff soon as other members are asking for cups and glasses
3. Room service guy Puran has a caller tune which will say "tumne ek sher ko phone kiya hai vo call uthaega nai man hoga to nai uthaega"
4. The owner has nothing to about it and will charge on you only as they are sitting in Solang and no one could help you there.
5. They charged into our room and missbehaved as we guys didnt had any option to complaint either

Was a good and comfortable stay for a day

We booked the hotel last minute, while looking for a place to stay near Manali. It is a small, cozy resort with attentive service. Food was tasty too. Rooms were basic and clean. Hot water was available.
Cons was the parking space available - we could fit in our SUV but there was a lot of moving around the other cars (Probably an issue in the mountains in any case)

Poor service, superb view

Wonderful view and room. Extremely poor service. Our last night they cut the electricity without telling us — both evening at 830pm and morning, 930am — even though we had been very understanding our many days stayed and only asked we be communicated the times in advance. Ridiculously silly way to manage a hotel. Infrastructure fantastic, shame it’s gone to seed with the management and service. Freezing eating area and lobby. Rarely staffed front desk.intercom broken. Bathroom and other lights not working. Heater burnt out a socket as they have little common sense. Rubbish in garden. Location stunning. Such a shame as could be marvellous.

We regret the inconveniences caused, I inquired and was informed that during your stay roads were blocked due to heavy snow. Electricity was stopped by the Government for 05 days. And your room was upgraded (Complimentary) on account of the burnt out plug which was a direct result of using the heater longer than recommended and the bathroom lights that stopped working on account of the same. The generator kept you awake as it ran all night and then by consensus DG running timings were set for 04 hours from 7.30 morning and 7.30 evening.
The staff at the hotel did take corrective action to keep all guests happy.

Amazing experience

located just a little away from the crowded manali area, this resort is a grt getaway for those who want peace and calm.we did not have to travel to rohtang pass to experience snowfall. there was a good amount of snowfall right where the resort is located.
