NICE TO BE AT GHOOM ( Darjeeling) property

This review related to our groups (03 back to back) stayed in your resort in Ghoom ( Darjeeling) wef 13 july'26 till 19th july'26. Exclusives services had used your property earlier also, but find it has changed in better manner in respect of services render to us, foods and staffs behavior. We're based in Calcutta with prolong service industry experience and institutional background , still expect little improvement in some areas.
Precisely, we are happy and want to be happier during our next visit.

Apart from the management service, the hotel premises is really not maintained. It is very dirty and needs improvement.

“Really quick service throughout our visit by Pramod Das.
He was very attentive, polite, and efficient in taking orders. He handled everything professionally and made sure we were comfortable during the stay. His friendly attitude and quick response really improved the overall dining experience. Highly appreciated!”
