Worth
Staff is very cooperative and shall take care of all your needs. Location is very near to temple. In fact entire Dwarka can be seen in just one day.
Only drawback is delay in ordered food items.

TERRIBLE - HOTEL & MMT BOTH ARE MONEY DIGGERS
My booking was from May 2nd to May 4th, which I had to cancel due to a medical emergency. Following the guidance of MakeMyTrip customer support, I initiated the cancellation refund process on April 30th. I promptly initiated the refund request and personally reached out to both the hotel management (Ashish Goyal, Anita, and Kiran Nakum) and MMT representatives, including Area Manager Ammar Vaghjipurwala and MMT Customer Support. I was assured by all parties that I would receive a full refund. However, over 20 days have passed, and despite multiple follow-ups with both the hotel and MakeMyTrip, I have not received my refund.
A simple refund process turned into a time-consuming and stressful ordeal. It became clear that customer service is not a priority for this hotel or its booking partner. I felt ignored and disrespected, and my time was wasted chasing a refund that should have been processed promptly and without hassle. Both Hotel & MMT are Money Diggers
The hotel owner claims they do not accept refund processes initiated through MakeMyTrip's platform, stating they only accept emails from MakeMyTrip for such requests. Meanwhile, MakeMyTrip customer support delays in sending emails to the hotel regarding the refund, blaming the hotel for the delay.
This back-and-forth between the two parties has resulted in unnecessary delays, mental stress, and a complete lack of accountability from both the hotel and MakeMyTrip. What should have been a simple refund has turned into a frustrating tug-of-war, leaving me stuck in the middle with no resolution in sight.
I urge both Hotel Devkinandan and MMT to address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and process my refund immediately. Until then, I will continue to share this experience publicly to inform and caution other travelers.

Terrible Stay !!
Location is close by to Dwarkadhish Temple, Gomti River & many local food outlets but still not advisable.
We received rooms after sitting for 2 hrs long by getting a check out.
But Hotel didn’t even clean room or provide us fresh towels / toiletries. Room was so dirty used by early occupant full of sand & no etiquette to atleast clean room and provide us with basic amenities after a hectic journey & waiting.
Also, had to call hotel reception to switch on the main connection for Lights / AC / Geyser even as their main switch was been handled by operator at Reception only.
In House restaurant also takes time to provide even Tea / Breakfast. We had to accommodate as choice was limited but the service was pathetic.
However we did ask for room just to get freshen up as we had just had a day for Dwarka Trip but the operator was so smart enough to provide rooms first to people who just needed to use rooms for hourly basis in order to make money & provide rooms to travelers who already booked in advance & waiting for rooms despite told in advance about the plan.
I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel as however the property is occupied they should have basic etiquette & expecting in providing services to travelers who come for pilgrimage by paying high prices for room and not getting value for money. Many hotels in the vicinity there.
