Hospitality – Thank You, Deepika!

The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was courteous and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Ms. Deepika Parvatkar, who truly made our stay memorable. She is incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. From the moment we checked in, she ensured everything was taken care of with a genuine smile and exceptional hospitality. She was always approachable, answered all our queries patiently, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Budget hotel, good location

Decent budget hotel... rooms were fairly good but showing signs of wear and tear. Spotted a couple of small cockroaches... there was nothing for them to eat as I hadn't eaten anything in the room... Otherwise room seemed clean Breakfast is simple fare, mostly Indian dishes as well as bread, cornflakes etc. Service was good.

We were drawn to the hotel as we wanted a pool. Unfortunately, the pool in the photographs are of a different SinQ hotel. The pool here is very, very small, no sun loungers, just the bar seats as the pool area is part of the bar! We had two nights and the first was great. The second night the hotel became a party venue with the bar overhead and then people running around the corridors, shouting and slamming doors

Terrible-Avoid this property

Terrible property- AC doesn’t work. Room service takes hours to just get a glass of juice. Housekeeping is unprofessional. Lift is from 16th century -old. Died of heat stroke in the bathroom. The room AC only blows air. No electronic key card for room doors, old metal keys. Do not recommend.
