Excellent Rooms & room service

Hi... Though it's somewhat on the outer of city, this very good property to stay.. Well maintained rooms with excellent room service always on time.. Large open space/garden with swiming pool to roam.

Worst experience one can have in entire life.

Very unhygienic rooms, mosquito are all around the place. Called reception several times but no one responded or took any action, asked for mosquito repellent as well but no service.
Personal suggestion never visit these types of hotels with family.

Very dirty and needs a serious renovation. Staff helpful.

Visited in the second week of July, 2021.
The hotel was very smelly and dirty.
Some rooms on 2nd floor were okay, but the ones on first floor were unbearable.
The saving grace is the staff and manager who do their best to help, and somewhat decent food.

Sorry state of affairs!

Although the staff do their utmost to help the visitors there seems to be no command from the owners to maintain the property. The infrastructure is all there but there seems to be no will to maintain the property. We were checked into a room which was probably not aired since it was last used. The mattresses all seemed to be sinking in.Even thiugh there was a big group staying for an event the rooms were not freshened uo for the arrival. Tea got served only after 7.30am. Without the owners interest the place is spiralling into an unkempt unhygienic conditions.

Good Location but disappointed with the rooms

Property is good but there was a fouly smell coming from room. Even after changing the room and spraying of room freshner.
Rest, staff is good and food too. Hotel rating as per my personal experience is 3 star.
You can also enjoy your drink in Daddy's Bar, located on ground floor.
