Wonderful Experience

Good hotel

I stayed in this hotel from 12 to 15th August and again from 19th 23rd August 2018. Nice hotel, Reception staff are very communicative and hassle free check-in and check-out. General Manager is a nice person. Food was excellent but little bit expensive. Rooms are good, neat & clean.

Poor F&B Front Office Excellent

I stayed in hotel for two daya F@B service is worst than any Dhava, hose is full with unskilled peope not aware about hospitality norms. during breakfast you will find everbody watching tv.
Front office people are always ready to help you Especially Mr. Ravi.
Room services takes too long they took more than one hour to serve the jar of water.
Rooms are old but clean amd neat.
Washroom are very small.
I suggest Managemnet to provide the training to its F&B Team.

average stay and old hotel

I have book this hotel online on one of the travel sites.
In the morning breakfast was not up to mark.
The location of the hotel was very contesting.
It's in the middle of the busy Street The rooms were average and the need to be improved.
The overall food was not good and seems to be unhygienic

“Great value for the price, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet

Overall it was an excellent experience . The staff was cheerful n service was excellent. Value for money. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and polite. They became like family. Anything you would ask for was not too much of a problem. Would definitely stay again. From the UK, felt right at home
