Ideal location

Good location, for local amenities and railway station.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good even though we are English found there was enough to eat.
Room very nice plenty of r Pom and clean very good value for money.
I would recommend this hotel.

Good

One of the budget friendly stays I have experienced in Calicut. Need to focus of staff services. Apart from that, everything else is fine.

Average hotel

We received a complimentary upgrade which was nice. The room was spacious. Bed although small was comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. There was hot water but on two occasions we had to ask them to turn it on as they kept switching it off. The air con was more or less non existent. Luckily there was a fan. Wi-Fi was good. Although for some reason it kept disconnecting me and sometimes took over 10 minutes of trying to get back on. Room was not very clean especially the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The restaurant staff were lovely. Location was central.

Located Very Close To the Calicut Railway Station

We, Mr Nibin and Group of six families were stayed in this hotel. The Front office Manager Ms Reshma and her staff were friendly and also helpful. Rooms were neat and clean with basic amenities. S M Street is very close to this hotel.The Buffet breakfast was very good in taste and the staff at the restaurant are very helpful. Keep it up and the maintain the same.......

Very good quality

Clean room, all stuff communicate in English. They didn't help too much about city but they do every my ecccentric wish. We have some missunderstanding about loundry payment but they accept payment as I understand(lower) - so big plus for their costumer services.
