Simply wonderful.

Spectacular property. One of the best I have stayed in South India. So close to the CV chaos of the city but once inside and oasis of peace and calm. Very nice big rooms. The staff are all so lovely. All in all a great stay. Only comment I would have is for them to get in touch with us a day before arrival and check on us.

We recently had a wonderful stay at your hotel, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we checked in to our departure, the entire experience was flawless, thanks to the dedicated team working behind the scenes and on the front line.
A big thank you to the management and the entire staff for running such a welcoming, well-managed property. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist with a smile.
**Spotless Accommodation**
The housekeeping team deserves major credit for maintaining incredible standards of hygiene. Our room was immaculate—dust-free, fresh-smelling, and perfectly sanitized. The crisp linens, pristine bathroom, and meticulous attention to detail made our stay feel safe, comfortable, and truly relaxing.
**Exceptional Dining**
The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the food. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to deliver top-tier service every day. Every meal was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or dinner service, the culinary team consistently impressed us, while the waitstaff ensured our glasses were full and our dining needs were seamlessly met.

Best in madurai

I’ve been a regular at Heritage Madurai, and it has always been a wonderful experience. I absolutely love the beautiful ambience, warm hospitality, and excellent service. The overall experience is consistently amazing, and the restaurants serve delicious food as well. Definitely one of my favourite places to stay in Madurai! ❤️

Excellent property excellent service and great hospitality by Ajit at reception, Monica at restaurant and also Mohan + Siddesh at the restaurant
The Spa done by Manoj was simply great and love the dedication of people at hotel to serve their guests
Positive energy and welcom feeling at the hotel by most members serving guests
