A fairly good hotel in a district town

Recently my wife and I stayed in this hotel for a night and found the hotel as a fairly good one for a district town. Located on the national highway, it is easy to reach it, but the traffic congestion in the town is a big headache. Room was moderately furnished. Toilet is a step up which may be problematic for older people. Service in the restaurant was unusually slow and will do with improvement.

Terrible experience with low grade service & room quality

The time I booked this hotel over telephone, they seemed me professional and customer oriented. Once I checked in hotel, I was shocked to see that the room is having damp & moistures in most of the part of the room. Bed sheets, pillows were not at all clean. Further, room service was pathetic, have ordered my food around 9 PM in the restaurant. However, they didn't service till 10 pm mentioning the reason of shortage of manpower. After that, I requested to service in my room. Finally, they delivered at 11 PM and that too after my repeated reminders and follow up. Moreover, the quality of food was very disappointing, far below average food.
When I escalated the matter to the general manager, he has hardly paid any attention to my concern on the next day.
Same happened in next day also. Even, the complimentary breakfast was for namesake with 2-3 items.
Honestly, this was the one of the better experience of stay in my life with respect to stay in a hotel.

Lousy food

Checked in to this hotel today & planned to have dinner here & ordered for one Butter Naan, Kulcha , Mixed vegetables , Mutton Chap , Green Salad & Mixed Raita. One of the worst experiences of my life. Naan & Kulcha was so so , Green Salad was fresh . Most pathetic experience was Mutton Chap , the gravy of Mutton chap & mixed vegetables are same. 3 pieces of boiled Mutton was cooked in the Charmagoj , posto gravy ( used in cooking the mixed vegetables ) with a drop of metha Atari’s flavouring agent & served . I will never recommend any one to have food here. Staff members were very polite & helpful.
