First choice!!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help, rooms were clean, very comfortable. The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the place.

Bed Bug Issue in Above Hotel Rooms

Very disappointing stay at Treebo Amber Imperial. We stayed for 2.5 days , The first room had a serious bed bug issue which we got to know after staying in the room after a night . Even after informing the hotel staff, the room was changed after pressure to another room which had heavy cockroach infestation. It appeared that many rooms in the hotel have severe cockroach problems. I had to thoroughly wash clothes , luggage dry them in Sun after reaching home since some bed bugs had cralwed into my luggage during the stay. The rooms are very small less than 90 square feet including the wash room Wherein in the treebo portal it is mentioned 120 square feet.
What is most concerning is that the hotel seems aware of these hygiene issues but is still allotting such rooms to customers. This is a serious health and cleanliness concern. Did not expect such low standards from a Treebo chain hotel. Strongly suggest the management take immediate pest control and hygiene measures before accepting bookings.

Very small room

The room was so small that it can not be called a room. It can rather be called a cubicle . One can not even turn around casually. The TV was not working. Uncomfortable 3 days stay. Completely unworthy for 3500 rupees per night. Will not recommend at all.

Fine hotel

Everything was nice and great here staff were helful and responsible rooms were clean near to byculla railway station food sever was tasty breakfast was on time with tea and coffee. Check in and check out was smooth
