Excellent Hotel.

Sushant stayed 23rd to 25th September 2023. Easily accessible, courtesy staff. Clean and hygiene perfectly maintained. Keep it up the service. Perfectly food preparation. Nice room. Helpful associate.

Wonderful Rooms but Horrible Food

Wonderful product in terms of Room & Services.
The receptionist in the night shift was very helpful however it was a disaster in terms of the quality of food.
We stayed as a couple in this hotel the room was large and comfortable newly renovated property even though it was established for the past 8 years. They have a restaurant just above the room section the food that was served to us was missing flavours and also the hatha noodles that we ordered were not fresh It seemed stale. We ask for a replacement the service staff agreed but we never received the same so I had also mentioned to the night staff that if the food is not being prepared no problem refund as the value for the dish that was not have to standards next day on departure again we follow up with the team but we did not get any update from them till date and even though the amount of small its matter of ethic and good faith they promised me a refund and I am still waiting for the same it's been almost a month but still there is no response from their end.

Clean and Hygienic Rooms

Rooms are big and clean, Hygienic toilet. Hotel is present in centre of city so good for people to stay and to explore the city and tourist places. They has Parking and Wifi also. Restaurant food is very delicious.

“They have attractive, well maintained and clean rooms with different facilities. It is very comfortable. It’s a must visit hotel in satara. I loved my visit and really recommend it, do visit it. Enjoy!!”

Outstanding Hospitality!!

Great location, really pleasant & clean rooms, but thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. This was one of the nicest place we stay for 3 days were in Satara. Overall Great experience.
