Sir, I am the owner of this hotel and I would like to know your name and mobile number so that we can talk about this thing further personally. I hope we haven't misbehaved with any of our customer badly. But by chance if somebody is involved in illegal activities then we refund them the amount and ask them to move out of the hotel as we strictly restrict any illegal activities in our premises.
If you think that we can resolve this further over phone, please do share your phone number or you can message me directly or call me at my phone number 9613341574/ 9706566512.
