I stay with my family. new building working going on but cleaning team maintain the cleaning dust Mr. Mantosh explained everything to me clearly and helped me to move to my new room . keep it up Mantosh

Very Bad experience. Not recommend anyone for this property

My friend Mr Jitendra made a booking at costa river and unfortunately had a very disappointed experience. Based on that what we experience, we would not recommend this property to anyone. The biggest isse was way concern were handed. Communication from Reception Ms Atithi. Hr Mr Rajendara, Accounts team, Mr sujeet Management very poor.
Refund still pending from 3month. Tbey are just calling him and laying.
Poor guest handling and delay refund.
Unprofessional staff and false promises.
Avoid this property no respect for guest.

Avoid This Property – No Respect for Guests

Very poor and unprofessional experience at Costa River. I have been waiting almost 3 months for my refund, but there is still no proper response or solution from the hotel management.
The reception staff, especially Ms. Atithi and Mr. Rajendra Prasad Upadhyay, handled the situation very badly and showed no professionalism while communicating with guests. Even the accounts department failed to provide proper updates or resolve the issue on time.
The management team and GM do not seem to care about guest satisfaction or customer experience. Guests are repeatedly given false promises instead of actual support. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend anyone to book this property.

Don’t Book room in this property. Unprofessional staff, Ms Atithi and Rajendra prasad upadhyay

Very disappointed with my experience at Costa River. It has been almost 3 months and I still have not received my refund. I contacted the property many times through calls, WhatsApp, and email, but there has been no proper response or solution from the management team.
The staff behavior was highly unprofessional, especially Ms. Atithi, who handled the matter very poorly. False assurances and no proper follow-up made the whole experience frustrating and stressful.
A professional property should respect guests and resolve refund issues on time, not make customers wait for months. I would not recommend this property to anyone until they improve their customer service and management professionalism.

Nice hotel, good and friendly staff, good food,
Water leaking in washroom made bathroom floor wet and slippery. Had to call several times before met was placed and leak fixed.
Shower water was not contained and made the whole washroom floor wet and slippery.
How can a nice hotel like this have showers without curbs and doors?
