Stay here!

This was a breath of fresh air! Every single staff person was amazing and helpful. They always had answers for our questions and were happy to help. Elizabeth was especially great with helping us get a courier for shipping our luggage. I cant recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were clean and bright and the location was excellent.

Amazing talent

Elisabeth was extraordinary at helping us today and everyone is so friendly I wish I could stay longer. 10 stars. I love the style of the place and the people.

Thanks forever

I spent a week in Cork at this hotel. It was a real gem. The whole staff made me feel very welcome, especially. Elisabeth. Their warm welcome, their concern that I shouldn’t feel lonely, and their empathy in trying to understand my difficulty in expressing myself in their language... My room was a real treat – comfortable, new, spotlessly clean and spacious… The communal facilities were marvellous, with a variety of spaces, even for watching a World Cup final. And the service provided to all guests was exquisite.

Very good, except for the housekeeping.

Central hotel with modern decor. Friendly staff and top-notch breakfast for those who like it sweet: pastries, fresh bread, fresh fruit, and obviously a coffee machine. In short, ideal for me. One downside, however: if you think that housekeeping should be done daily and discreetly, then this hotel might not be for you. The housekeepers came to knock on my door both times in the late afternoon (even though I was returning from a long day of sightseeing and had left at 9 a.m.) and just to change the towels and empty the trash cans... For a three-star hotel, this organization is disappointing. Despite everything, I had a great stay in Cork at this beautiful hotel.
