Exceptional Hospitality and Service

We stayed at this hotel and from the very first moment we received an excellent welcome from the Front Office Team. We were assisted even before our arrival, a special thanks to Katia, always available and attentive, and to Marco for the great tips about Dublin.
Ingrid made breakfast an excellent and very welcoming experience every morning. A big thank you as well to the bartenders John and Dimitri, top service.
The property truly deserves recognition. I really appreciated the atmosphere, the room and the hotel services overall. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is definitely a SPA.
Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, including Gio and his team at Coburg, always welcoming and able to make international guests feel comfortable while naturally speaking different languages.
Standards are perfectly aligned with luxury hospitality.
We will gladly return in June

Great Service and Beautiful Rooms

The Conrad Dublin was one of the nicest Hilton properties I’ve stayed at! Exceptional service, particularly from the breakfast, reception, and housekeeping teams!
The room itself was stunning. Big thank you to Emma and Riley for the kind welcome note and delightful sweets. It really made me feel welcome and at home for my stay! The housekeeping team was also fantastic. I was very happy to return to my room refreshed multiple times during each day in my stay. They also did so with great care for my things. It helped me to feel refreshed.
The breakfast selection is vast and was delicious. Despite a small wait in line one morning due to a very busy dining room, the staff was quick with service and the quality remained. Anna in particular was very attentive and we had a lovely conversation!
I would definitely recommend this property to couples and solo travelers. Great location, rooms, and service!

Great Dublin Stay

Beautiful hotel. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was very quiet. Easy 10-20 minute walk to all of downtown Dublin's best places. We loved the walks through St. Stephen's Green everyday to get to our tours, pubs, and museums. Would definitely stay there again.

Visited the bar on 7th August for drinks and nibbles before a concert, as a party of seven. We arrived early & I just mentioned to Melanie that we were there to pre‑celebrate one of our group’s 80th birthday. When our birthday guest arrived, Melanie and the team welcomed her so warmly – she was absolutely surprised! Just as we were preparing to leave, they brought out a beautiful platter inscribed with birthday greetings, surrounded by sweet treats and little cakes.
That personal touch was truly exceptional. Every single member of staff was wonderful. Five stars across the board – thank you for making her day so special!
