Happy with everything
This is a really stylish, clean and super comfy hotel. Staff very friendly and professional.
Air conditioning and safe included in cost.
Fab breakfast at an extra cost.
It is not a very central hotel, (20 mins walk) but there are lots of regular buses from just around the corner. If you do decide to walk it is downhill and there's lots to see on the walk.

We won’t be back
Tv didn’t have signal only ITV worked, no stool for vanity, towel rail kept falling off the wall in the bathroom, socket above the bed loose not attached properly and dusty surfaces, issues told to reception and we were told maintenance would be in to fix them, we are still waiting for them, we won’t be back.

DUBLIN 1☆
Although ideally located within a short transport ride into the heart of Dublin that is where the good points end for me. The hotel is fairly clean but the onsite amenities are basic. The rooms are small and ours was missing very basic must haves like a seat of some kind and a functioning TV. The room was not attempted to be cleaned till 5pm which was no use at all for us as we had bot long arrived back from a day out. The atmosphere especially in the onsite restaurant was dire with wait staff looking more interested in clearing tables withing seconds of finishing even when the place was hardly at capacity. Food options are minimal with usual dublin high inflation apparent as a frozen style pizza labeled as an artisan flatbread coming in at an astonishing 16 euro..
We had a terrible dinning experience the only saving grace is breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for any taste.

With regard to the television, we would have greatly appreciated if this had been brought to the attention of our Reception team during your stay, as we would have taken every necessary step to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
In relation to the restaurant offering, we do provide a varied menu, and I am confident there were several alternative options available beyond the flatbreads mentioned in your review.
It was, however, very pleasing to see your positive comments about breakfast.

It’s okay
It was quite a walk from Dublin centre and was quite pricy to get a taxi. The room was standard but had a terrible view of the busy road. The staff were really friendly. The night rate was higher than expected due to the hurling final and a Take That concert locally

comfortable stay and helpful staff
I booked the Dublin One hotel at the last minute due to its convenience to the nearby hospital. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. On holiday from Australia, I needed to rebook flights following a medical emergency. The reception staff were extremely helpful in helping me, allowing me to make an international call.
The hotel room was perfect for the time we spent at the hotel and the meal very good - thank you Dublin One Hotel.
