Perfect

Perfect stay 4th time here. Our kids love it here. plenty to do for them right up till bed time. Evening entertainment for adults. Breakfast amazing. We always get the suite as there are 7 of us and the rooms are fab. I really can't fault anything and staff are so lovley.

Hotel was ok. Not the best; not the worst. Although it was extremely hot, the window in our room only opened about 3 inches (2.5cm) which did absolutely nothing to help with air flow. I asked reception about it and they said it was a safety restriction to open it further.
Onsite bar was a little hectic. People would let their kids run around inside the bar which was a total distraction.
The servers were also VERY slow. It took over 20 mins for our drinks to arrive and the bar area was less than 25% full.

Interesting and in my view a useless rule in the pool area, you must use a swimming cap.
The restaurant area (breakfast and dinner) is really loud and hectic. I do understand that there are lots of familiea with small kids so I would hope that the restaurant would either place the families in thw same area and making a more calm area in other location where the guests without kids could eat.
The breakfast selection was rather limited.

Overall,very good,and especially for kids, the pool and sauna was very good,music in the bar was great,we had the family room which was great,it was 2 rooms and the kids loved it,definitely recommend it

Just ok. Pros and cons

PROS-
Location good, about 1.5mile from town, prompt local taxis with direct phone from reception. Received an upgrade from superior double to superior king after complaining about the room, they accommodated this. This room was much better but far from perfect. Hotel was clean and well presented generally. Beds comfy enough but not pillows. Breakfast selection good and some breakfast items can be ordered fresh, some staff friendly but not all and many lack smiles
CONS - Hotel expensive and big, long walk to rooms. Pillows bulky and uncomfortable, no option to change them. Rooms poorly designed (obviously by a man) with no thought for good lighting and mirrors for hair and make up, fixed overhead showers only in the double rooms, no disposable extras in the room like shower caps, not everyone wants to drown their head when showering every time. Some staff were miserable on the breakfast shift, breakfast hot buffet not kept hot enough, luke warm and no variation in hot buffet. Toasters dreadful, takes 3 attempts to get toast instead of hot bread. Plates whipped away as soon as you put the fork down, making you feel rushed.
Restaurant food average.
Blue badge parking repeatedly blocked by the daily tour buses morning and afternoon, wouldn’t stay again for the price.
