Very positive stay

My husband and I stayed two nights in late May. We had a great time. The studio was spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with every comfort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the proximity to the tracks, the trains feel good and often but on the weekends they pass much less so it compensates. We still enjoyed it very much. We also recommend eating at their restaurant, great.

Bad structure

I stayed at the structure "Le Corniole" in Arezzo from 19 to 21 April. The information on the sites about the property is not true. The room where we stayed does not conform to the photos shown, located on the top floor of the building, attic, without balcony, with a window on the tracks of the station d'Arezzo and with the fan of the suction of the restaurant on the roof that until after midnight, with the draft, caused an unbearable continuous noise. We had to go down to the restaurant to discuss with the owner (who is also in charge of the reception, when his assistant is not there) to discuss the difficulty of staying in the room. On the site is sold a living room where breakfast is also included. The breakfast called in "box" (not specified by the sites), consists of a tray with packaged dry biscuits, bottle of water and a bag of milk in the fridge (or even the possibility of a coffee). We used the car to have breakfast on the two days of celebration being the bar near the property (500 meters) closed. We tried to make our complaints about the poor functioning of the structure but at the reception we never found anyone except the day of departure.
I conclude by saying that this property was the ugliest where I stayed to be a three star.

innanzitutto La ringrazio per aver scelto la nostra struttura per il Suo soggiorno ad Arezzo, mi dispiace della cattiva e severa recensione.
Mi scuso davvero se ha avuto dei disagi che abbiamo cercato comunque di risolvere, vado per ordine:
la stanza prenotata tramite un tour operator coincideva in tutto alla tipologia richiesta cosi come il prezzo ed i servizi inclusi come la colazione che per tutti, viene fornita direttamente in appartamento o camera, non avendo la sala colazioni e consiste in un box completo di vari prodotti.
La ventola dell'aspirazione è vero esiste ma viene spenta intorno alle 22.00 non và oltre la mezzanotte come scritto, appena mi avete avvisato è stata spenta subito ed in anticipo cosi come le pile del telecomando subito sostituite come richiesto.
La reception segue gli orari dalle 9.00 alle 20.00 tutti i giorni, quando non siamo presenti in reception, siamo comunque in struttura per varie commissioni oppure al nostro ristorante accanto, bastava affacciarsi o chiamare al cellulare che era in Vostro possesso o trovato scritto dappertutto, avreste avuto la massima assistenza su ogni tipo di richiesta.

Not a big deal.

Unmarked hotel on the street with private parking in a dated building above the railway so from early morning the passage of trains does not make you sleep... Large apartments but with many flaws that show old age.... very polite staff except for the cleaning women who at 10.30 wanted us to kick out of the rooms despite the checkout was at 11.00.... only positive point is that it is located a stone's throw from the center. Wouldn't stay there maybe you find something better

Gentile Ospite, La ringrazio per aver scelto Le Corniole Aparthotel, mi fà piacere che abbia gradito la comoda vicinanza al contro storico ed al tempo stesso sono spiacente per le segnalazioni fatte:
l'ingresso del parcheggio, subito dietro una curva è segnalato con tanto di insegna ampia e luminosa + alcuni cartelli attaccati al cancello d'ingresso, su strada non è permesso dal comune mettere cartelli. Grazie per gli apprezzamenti al personale, ma le cameriere probabilmente avranno bussato per verificare se l'appartamento fosse vuoto, erano appunto le 10.30 in prossimità dell'orario di check-out.

Definitely positive experience. To be repeated absolutely.

The property is situated in a strategic position, just a few minutes from the historic center. The rooms are cozy and with all the comforts; the staff is excellent and very helpful. We spent a very serene weekend. Recommended.

This hotel fully met our needs, great location to visit the center of Arezzo and move quietly on foot with two small girls in the city of Christmas. Friendly staff, neat and clean rooms, breakfast with packaged but varied and good quality food. The building is adjacent to the station so you can hear the trains passing but for us it was not a problem. Recommended!
