My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night while waiting to pick up our sons at Malpensa the next day. The hotel was absolutely marvellous and innovative. It is difficult to describe our experience because it was so different from earlier hotel experiences. We had for instance our own lockable car port 2 meters from the entrance door. The hotel is located in an industrial area which was unproblematic for us. You felt really safe at the hotel. Everything was located at the same level. Check-in and check-out was done through you car window. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Even if this was different from any previous hotel accomodation, we found it easy to understand how to "operate" the room and the car port. The breakfast was hygienic, plentiful and tasted very well. Will definitely use the same hotel next time we are in the same area.

Particular structure, not suitable for families.
I stayed at this motel through an agency, so I expected a more “traditional” structure. Upon arrival we parked in the outside square and noticed a small kiosk used as a reception, also accessible directly by car. Initially we walked in with our suitcases from the main reception.
We were told that it was possible to reach the room in two ways: on foot, along a long corridor, or arriving directly by car from the external entrance. We then took our bags and reached the room in the car. At that point it was clear that this is a motel, also designed for those who want more privacy: each room has direct access, a shutter that hides the car from view and a hatch to receive breakfast in the room.
The room had a rather “punchy” themed decor: above the head of the bed there was a large photo of a girl licking a lollipop, and the shower was separated by a curtain that could be opened, visible from the bed. Personally I felt a little uncomfortable. That said, the room was still equipped with a refrigerator, bathroom kit and slippers. The room was a bit dated with some work to do.
In the morning, during breakfast, there were many people, even groups of friends, so it was not an exclusively “passing” environment. Breakfast was hearty, both sweet and savoury, with good variety; however some options such as orange juice and eggs provided a supplement.
In conclusion, it is a cheap solution to stay, but I would not recommend it to families or those traveling with children, given the type of structure and the furnishings of the rooms.

Just horrible...
I'm not sure where to start with this one. OK, the good point first: We had a double fronted room so there was room for two cars in front, which could be secured by dropping the electric shutters down for extra security as this 'motel' is on a main road. The room, however, was just bizarre, a touch of American roadside motel where you could image 'ladies of the night' being ordered for male company (I'm being polite here). The walls in our room were painted gold for one thing and there was a huge crack down one wall, which had not been filled or painted. Numerous scuff marks decorated the walls too. The two headboards were also gold. There was a hatch in the room where food can be delivered to your room, which was covered in greasy finger marks . Ugh. Large, gaudy pictures on the walls were of scantily dressed women. We also had a very large jacuzzi bath in our room but it didn't look very wholesome so I couldn't face getting into it. The whole atmosphere was frankly tawdry and sleazy. While we were having our abysmal dinner in the reception area there was a group of young men all huddled around their mobile phones, all laughing and showing them to each other. I will try not to think about what they were doing. To make matters worse, the next morning I had to engage in an argument with two members of staff (the male was very unfriendly) who tried to charge us for their very limited and frankly poor buffet breakfast (my husband only ate a croissant). Note that although Tripadvisor says that the breakfast is free, it apparently isn't, so be warned. We argued the point with two members of staff, however, and were not charged for it in the end. I would definitely not stay here again. It was a horrible experience.

Beyond excellent with outstanding service.
An all new hotel experience here, drive through check-in, park in front of your room (with a roller garage door) and all internal links to the breakfast area. Perfect set up when travelling from Italy to the UK with the car laden and a dog in tow. Rooms are spotless (as is the whole place), breakfast is a joy and all the staff want you to have the best stay. Fantastic place!
