Holiday homes in Capri... The top of the top!
Super! Strategic location a few steps from the famous square of Capri. Room very well cared for in 'furnishing and cleaning. The plus lies in the kindness and helpfulness of the owner. The only stay at the property was worth the trip. Recommended at 1000x1000.

great discomfort
The structure is located in a very central area, just a few steps from the square. We stayed in the Blue Grotto suite. Unfortunately, apart from the location and the presence of the kitchen (however not equipped as in the description, absent toaster and microwave oven), it absolutely did not meet our expectations: we had requested a cot when booking and only upon our arrival (and after having paid obviously), we were told with some firmness that it was not available: the owner insisted that it was not equipped for small children and only after having insisted and after having pointed out that something else was reported on an online booking portal, we managed to receive one in the room by the evening (I would have expected at least the courtesy of not making me pay the additional 20 euros given the drama we suffered and given the less than optimal conditions of the cradle itself, but obviously this would have been a kindness that did not you can expect).
The apartment is very humid, a solution should absolutely be found to mitigate the very obvious problem: if you immediately notice it from the smell upon entering the house, the sofa and clothes left in the room are even damp. The bathroom requires maintenance (the sink tap moves, water comes out of the sink, wetting what is placed near it), and the bathroom walls are full of the smell of smoke (probably due to some inattentive guest, but this cannot be be a problem for subsequent guests). In the bathroom there are courtesy kits and towels but not bathrobe and slippers as reported in the description on an online portal. In short, having spent 400 euros for two nights (in May) in hindsight I would certainly have found better.

Nice room. Extremely noisy you will not get any sleep.
This was a last minute booking, whilst we were in Naples.
The room was ok on the surface, clean, fresh, towels and bedding and the hostess very accommodating and friendly, despite the language barrier.
But over night there was a continual banging, every 5 minutes to be precise, as if you the room is over a lift, so you can hear the system work, followed by a bang every 5 minutes. So if you are just using the room to freshen up and explore the beautiful island then this is perfect.
If you require sleep do not book this room.

Come in una cantina
Di questa struttura che consta di una stanza piccolissima ( andrebbe bene per una persona....il mio compagno ha dovuto sistemare i vestiti per terra perché non c'era posto sufficente per due nel microscopico armadio ) salvo solo la posizione,vicino alla piazzetta e con tutti i servizi nei paraggi.
Per quanto riguarda tutto il resto le aspettative sono state decisamente deluse,niente è come sembra su booking questo è sicuro! Per esempio la camera è descritta come fosse agibile su 2 livelli ma di fatto a meno che non strisciate scordate di avere un soppalco.
Camera con forte odore di muffa dove non si può aprire l'unica finestra presente ( quindi senza giro d'aria ne luce solare.
Zona rumorosa ( in questo siamo stati particolarmente sfortunati perché c'erano pure dei lavori nello stabile ) per cui per tutto il soggiorno siamo stati svegliati dal vociare di persone anche alle 3 di notte.
Pulizie ogni 2 giorni ( nemmeno questo!).
Secondo me nulla è in regola in questo alloggio ,perlomeno non mi è mai capitato una tale differenza tra la descrizione sul sito di prenotazione e la realtà.Sconsigliatissimo al prezzo dei mesi di alta e media stagione ,potrebbe essere preso in considerazione alla metà di quel costo per persone adattabili e che si accontentano.

Relax e comodità
Struttura tenuta bene e molto pulita. Posto centralissimo a pochi metri dalla piazzetta di Capri. Ottima posizione per muoverti per Capri. Ambiente accogliente e completo di tutti i confort necessari. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
