Bedbugs...

We stayed here with a friend for 5 nights.. It happened that I had bedbugs in my bed and got stung everywhere. Besides the very itchy stings, I had to wash all my clothes above 80° to kill them or freeze them. The receptionist was nice and gave me some money back, but not all of it. And he further told me that the "desinfecting" people would come but I am pretty unsure about this.
Nevertheless, I would not recommend it.

Great location

Well located place (just a short bus ride from Tiburtina station and 2 minutes walk from Manzoni Metro station) with nice staff. I had a spacious room and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately I did not have the chance to try the breakfast.

Ok, for short stay

The hostel is well located, but you must thing if it's actually worth it. There is not much space and there are no big lockers. Every morning around 5:30 they used to turn off the air conditioner, so we woke up in a boiling heat of Rome. Also, the bathroom wasn't clean at all, there were holes on the wall, and it used to flood. The breakfast: cheap old bread and jam.
The staff was just ok.

The worst hostel

So, the worst hostel ever. No toilet paper at bathroom. It wasn't cleaned for 3 days. No wifi at rooms. Air conditioner was directed at my bed so you can't really sleep without a possibility to get sick.
The personal are really unfriendly, like "go out here you made a lot of problems"
So guys, do not stay here! As I said about all of the problems they just told me "go out here you made a lot of problems and Yor are not allowed to leave your Baggage here, but before it was allowed and it is allowed for all who "makes no problems"

Ciak hostel

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the lockers were outside the room, and no blankets were provided. I slept under my coat the whole time. Would not go back.
