The staff were helpful in letting us print coach tickets, the hotel is in a good location with nice bakeries near by for a great start of the day, particularly Simon’s Bar, overall very nice place to stay that isn’t directly in the rush of Rome

High Class RIP-OFF. Ask for Price List before Ordering. Getting Screwed with a Smile.

Excessive price gouging for simple outdoor table service. Do not sit down without asking for price list. €16 cover charge. €9 cappuccino. €3.50 for 250ml bottled water. €7 iced tea (canned). €5.50 croissant.
Tourist trap hotel bar that takes advantage of rage of tourists sitting down and ordering; bill shock when you ask for the bill. Screwed with a smile that says those are the prices and ask first next time. Gives Rome a bad reputation for unscrupulous operators but S long as tourists come, this place will continue to screw tourists. Avoid like the plague.

This was a lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is not offered and I am unsure as to why there is a kettle & mugs in the bedroom if no coffee, tea, milk etc is provided.
Otherwise we enjoyed a perfect stay.

A nice place

I stayed here for 6 nights. Overall the stay wad nice and it is close to termini station. Definitely alkable. Not to far fromthe city center. A supermarket is right next door and several restuarants were close. Ecept for limited hot water, the room was nice and staff were pleasant.
I wouls stay there again.

The space was quite small buy centrally located to everything we needed and a great price point. Staff was awesome and had great ideas for shopping, food and taxis. We loved it. Bed was comfortable and larger than we expected.
