Good value hotel

Hotel very close to Termini (block and a half), seems dangerous the area but is next to a police station so quiet, good place just to rest and the price ratio hotel is good!!

To be forgotten

No reception, it is a desert.... Room stuck in the 50s, stained curtains, and the following do not work: the wifi, the fridge, the TV. Breakfast does not exist... the photos are misleading on a well-known site starting with B... you can make yourself a coffee and eat a vacuum-sealed croissant, provided you do it yourself in the hallway and standing up, the cups do not fit under the machine... a real sport, in a hotel with 12 rooms we were alone, surely a sign.

Pretty disappointed

Very basic room, no wifi in rooms,shower almost non existent just a dribble. Could do with some basic fittings upgrade our shower holder was broken so hand held shower head with hardly any water pressure.Talking to another guest they said they had no lights working in their room,also very hard to find, only a 2 inch sign by a buzzer. Reception is not always manned so beware if you arrive early they might not be here. Only plus was we found it quiet.

Terrible.

Worse levels, stay away like fire.
In order to enter the room, you must first go through 4 doors with 4 different keys. This apartment was simply divided into small rooms.
The toilet paper ran out and it wasn't replaced until I faced a society.
A room smells like cigarettes, a nasty shower.

They left me on the street with the room paid for

Don't even think about staying here!!!! My flight departed late and I was dropped off on the 1st night with the room paid for when the Destinia app features 24-hour reception. Plus they won't answer your phone or take care of anything. I went the next morning as I had two nights booked and I didn’t want to lose the second one either but I never found anyone to claim. Just a very kind kid who feels sorry enough about working for such an unpresentable boss. Destinia didn’t solve my problem either. Apart from this, little water comes out of the shower and sheets with previous stains. Shame all, they ruined my weekend in Rome
