Above and beyond

Wonderful family hotel.
Perfectly situated for all Rome has to offer.
Lift broke down with me and my wife in it(these things happen)
Came back from dinner later on and we were given a bottle of wine for our troubles which was above and beyond.
Breakfast is great and just a lovely wee hotel.
Strongly recommend and we'll definitely stay here again next Roma trip.

Don’t Book - Room is Tiny

DON’T BOOK! We Got the Worst Room in the Hotel
Our room was tiny, outdated, and felt more like a run-down college apartment than a hotel room. The furniture was worn, there was no proper closet or mirror, the TV barely worked (only CNN, the other channels were pixelated), the Wi-Fi was very unreliable, and we were only given 1 flat pillow each. The room was so small that the bathroom door hit the bed, and the walls were so thin we could hear the guests next door sneezing.
The worst part? The other people we travelled with paid the exact same price for a much larger, updated room with a couch, proper closet, nicer bed, and working TV. It felt like we were staying in two completely different hotels.
For the price, this was unacceptable. Ask exactly which room you’ll receive before booking.

Great short stay location for exploring.

Nice little hotel located near plenty of the sites and features of Rome. Up a side street, very close to the metro, this hotel allows you to easily explore by foot or by metro.
The welcome was top notch and all the staff we enocuntered over the four days were positive, happy and friendly.
The room is ample in size, esepcially as we spent so much time exploring. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really powerful which was a must. The room had a fridge and safe which was great.
Only slight complaint was noise. Not the hotel's fault but the next door room decided to watch films with teh volume on high. They were young so thought they were in a movie theatre.
The breakfast was plentiful and had enough to set you up for the day.
Very clean hotel.
Thanks for a great experinece. Would return if staying in Rome again.

Rooftops of Rome!

The picture on your website shows one aspect of the hotel that I enjoyed thoroughly – – a balcony with a fine view over the rooftops of Rome. But that was not all. The staff was absolutely top notch. They helped me when I had problems and when I couldn’t understand Italian. Location near Piazza Barberini is very good with metro and buses at hand and many eating options within a short distance. I recommend recommended highly.

Amazing gem of a hotel with garden

This hotel exceeded all expectations . We normally book much bigger flashier places but booked here because of the reviews . Brilliant location , wonderful greeting and as so few rooms so attentive , room a little small but very clean and we were given one with the most adorable balcony over the garden . They will open the bar as you need and breakfast was a much better than anticipated choice and vibe !! Cannot recommend this highly enough . Made our visit so special and every member of the team here serves huge congratulations . Amazing place
