Perfectly Adequate & Affordable

Location - Due to a last minute change in my travel plans, I needed a hotel for just one night in Rome. I picked Hotel Pacific because it was the most affordable and the location seemed convenient. It is about a 6 minute walk from the Cipro Metro Station. There is a 24/7 Carrefour down the road and plenty of great restaurants in the area. The Vatican is one stop away by metro, but you could take the bus or walk.
Room - I booked the Single Room which was as tiny as it is in the pictures but comfortable nevertheless for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable. There was a small desk with a kettle. There were plug points near the bed and at the desk. The bathroom was tiny as is to be expected in Italy. The air-conditioning worked well and there were plug points near the bed and at the desk. My room had a small balcony.
Breakfast was included and consisted of the usual fare one expects in Europe - Bread, Cheese, Cold Cuts, Eggs, Sausages, Bacon, Cake, Tea, Coffee, etc.
If I was staying longer, I would pick a bigger room.

Unfortunately, the room was extremely small and cramped, to the point where we could barely move around comfortably. The layout was not practical at all. The shower was another major issue, as water would come out into the bedroom area while showering, leaving the floor wet. Overall, the room was uncomfortable and not what we expected for a pleasant stay.

The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. The road outside however was quite loud and we could hear snoring at night. But overall happy with our stay.

Beautiful hotel

Very comfortable hotel, indoor parking to be reserved, spacious, bright and clean rooms, clean and well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast 10 out of 10: both for the selection and for the abundance. Experience to be repeated!

Room was smaller than expected but very clean, staff were cool and breakfast was excellent. I appreciate value and service for my money. I would recommend the hotel provide a microwave and an ice machine for guests use as there is no where close by for meals and if you have leftovers you can heat. I would recommend the hotel to guests for future trips and return myself because it was a experience. Getting around Rome was very easy, bus service, taxi service, metro and train stations were in walking distance. Also a 24 hour food market, very useful.
