Moments to remember!

There is truly nothing quite like waking up in the morning to the beautiful sound of the basilica bells echoing through the air. Opening the window to look straight out over the basilica was a moment I won't ever forget—you simply cannot beat this location.
The atmosphere, the views, and the charm of being right in the middle of everything made our stay feel completely magical. If you want an authentic, breathtaking Roman experience, this is the place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Pros: location
Cons: No AC, staff unresponsive, extremely over priced, access difficult.
This place is run like a budget Airbnb, but advertised and priced like a 4star hotel.

The convenience is above expectations! The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to St Peters Basilica, the bus stop is also right in front of the hotel door or across the street! Room view to the Basilica is beautiful. Going to ancient Rome spots is easy using the public bus in front of the Hotel. Check in was fast and easy, the rooms are super clean and super modern, looks like it’s been renovated really well. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit!

Innsiderome is literally across the street from the Vatican property. We LOVED IT. The host/hostess were excpetional. Super clean, private bathrooms, convenient to public transportation and quiet. We'll be back!

Got scammed, not able to check-in without any response from the hotel. Avoid it.

Me and my girlfriend attampted to stay at this hotel/guest house. Our reservation was done through booking, with it being paid in advance. The check-in time is supposed to be from 13:00 to 15:00, without any instruction from the staff, on how to even get to the accommodation, which is already weird, as it is within a normal appartment building's random floor. Since all of the doors were open, we were able to get into the "reception area", which is basically an alleyway between the rooms. Once we arrived, no one was present, and there were no instructions for us, on how to check-in. Their phone number does not work (make sure to give it a try before booking), we also emailed them, but have not received any response even since then. After waiting and searching for any clues on how to enter our room- from 14:00 to 15:00 - in the reception area, trying to call them several times, sending multiple emails, we finally gave up, and booked a new accomodation. To this day, we are trying to get a refund, without any response from the hotel to our emails, or calls.
Additionally, it seemed like one of the rooms were just simply left open (by probably the cleaning staff?) with the key left in the door. At first we thought this might be our room, and they have just left the key there for us to take the room. Well, the room was already taken, as bags and personal items were all over the room. So I guess even if you end up being able to check in, make sure to avoid leaving anything valuable in your room.
