My family and I got two rooms. Stayed for three nights. The location is great because it has a nice neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, gelato place, breakfast options, pharmacy and grocery stores. Without the tourist crowds!
There are two things I’d like to have some improvements. A desk for the guest to use and a box of facial tissue (Kleenex).

Strategic

To improve the breakfast , price a bit high for what it offers , but all in all has other qualities . You sleep peacefully. Very close to the Fair of Rome

Staff helpful and kind.

The helpful and kind staff to also keep luggage on the day of departure. Clean and soundproofed room.
Quiet location and close to the public transport stop, not too far from Roma Termini station.....

Fine

This hotel is fine and economical.
I accidentally booked Rome when the Ryder cup was on so wasn’t left with a lot of choice for hotel.
It seems as thought they’ve bought a few rooms in a residential block and made them into hotel rooms, so it did feel a little like we were intruding with other residents in the block.
The room was fine, very clean and basic.
It’s definitely in the quiet end of town and we got a taxi a couple of times to the Vatican and some nice dinners we didn’t want to arrive hot and bothered to!
There are a couple of nice restaurants around and a lovely wine bar right next door but if you want more of an atmosphere stay closer to the centre of town.

Saying all very well!!!!

What can I say... only positive phrases in the face of kindness, availability, cleanliness and competence.
The room is very nice, clean and
attention to detail. The location is located in a quiet position and close to the historic center and the main monuments to visit
…..we had a great time throughout…
For a next holiday in Rome we will return to this property
