Lovely Suite

Stayed here with a friend back in Aug 2017 and it was a good stay. Clean and nice big bedroom with a separate living room and two showers.
Walking distance to the metro station and walkable to many attractions.

Disappointed

Worst accommodation experience EVER!
Unsafe electrics. Toilet and shower tray back up and overflow. Abusive staff. Noisy. Dirty. Smelly.
Had to move to a different Hotel as it was intolerable. Nasty experience.

Overpriced, poorly managed

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and our experience was ok. We booked it on Booking.com and the host sent message to ask our arriving time. We told them we would be arriving around 4 pm. Well, we arrived just minutes earlier than 4pm but there was nobody opening the door. There was nobody working in the reception 24/7, the workers just came from somewhere else to do the check-in and then left again. We had to call the hotel and still wait 10-15 minutes to the host to come to take us in. Also other day we heard somebody ringing the outside doorbell for really long time. We went out to check and saw new customers waiting behind the door. We waited for a while with them, but in 20 minutes the host didn't come. At the end they left somewhere and we never saw them coming back again.
We had booked a room with an external bathroom. It means that we had a private bathroom but it was on the main entrance hall so we had to leave our room to get in to the toilet. It wasn't nice, especially in the night time, and the doors made lot of noise while opening and closing. Also bathroom was basically clean but we saw many little dirty parts that made the experience worse.
The place was clean enough for us to be able to manage a couple of nights but I wouldn't call it well cleaned. The room was big enough, bed was ok but quite hard and the isolation wasn't good in the walls. Also it was quite cold in the nights. Inside air was good though and the wi-fi was working well. There was a hairdryer, safety box (I'm not sure whether it was working or not), fridge and water automat in the room and an air conditioner.
It was good to have a breakfast in the hotel, but the quality of it wasn't what we expected. They offered one cup of coffee, one croissant and one glass of juice for each customer. You had to serve yourself, get our stuff from the fridge and eat in your room. The fridge was dirty, and on the first day nobody explained us how the capsule coffee machine works. Anyway, the juice was pretty good, so was the sweet croissant and the coffee was ok too.
The location is pretty much perfect, close to the main railways station, all the airport buses are leaving behind the corner and everything is in walkable distance. The region is ok, not maybe the safest or super clean but we didn't feel bad while walking in the night time. Maybe solo travelers can think about a better place with more central location.
All in all, I would say this place is not worth the money we paid. For 3 nights we paid 206 euros, which is quite overpriced for the quality we got.

The Worst "Hotel" Experience

I visited this suites on 7-10 of November 2018 and it is horrible! There is no reception most of the hours. The worst thing they did it was that the last night they took our things without permission to other room because they said that they told us but they were lying of course. Also they may send you to other hotel as they did with one friend of mine. It is absolutely TERIBBLE!

Warning to all I booked this hotel but was placed in a 1 star one instead.

I visited Rome on the 16th of September to the 20th we booked this room for 4 nights however when we arrived we were taken by the person who worked for termini suites to another hotel although we didn't realise this until we arrived at the room and saw it was not what we had booked. We had been taken to a 1 star hotel called Hotel Gabriele https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Hotel_Review-g187791-d529973-Reviews-Hotel_Gabriele-Rome_Lazio.html. although on Trip Advisor it has two stars on the wall outside it only shows one star and definitely doesn't deserve that either.
We were not told before we arrived in Rome that Termini Suites was fully booked, we were not even told when we got to the room that we would be here temporally for the night until the other guests left Termini Suites in fact the member of staff who showed us to our room who also appeared to be the manager of Hotel Gabriele brushed it all the under the carpet and tried to offer us a measly £15 refund after being moved without our knowledge from Termini Suites to a 1 star dive. Termini Suites and Hotel Gabriele must clearly work together or be under the same management for this to happen and therefor this horrible experience could happen to you too. Luckily for us we don't get conned lightly so we left the hotel after a lengthy conversation with booking.com and managed to get a nice hotel just down the road. We felt that were conned by Termini Suites and Hotel Gabriele and they even wanted us to pay for being shown to a room for an hour or two whilst we sorted out other accommodation, there was nothing on our booking that suggested we could be placed in a different hotel without being told. We have since been charged by Termini Suites for the full amount (although we didn't even stay there) a few days after we arrived back home but booking.com are getting us a full refund. Although Termini Suites has some good reviews I would strongly advise you not booking here in case they do the same thing to you, it cost us a lot of stress and the first few hours of our holiday arguing our case and sorting new accommodation out. Thanks for reading.
