Studio San Giovanni...never again!!!
The view was nice, but the pictures we saw were not an accurate representation. If you need a place to sleep and don't mind a grungy kitchen/bathroom/shower, go for it. Unfortunately, we kind of prefer a room in which one is comfortable and decent bathroon/shower facilities.

Odd and charming apartment
Price – 85 EUR
Location – Near San Giovanni metro station; out of the way but convenient
Comfort – Bed comfortable; terrible bathroom; no AC but fan provided in bedroom
Cleanliness – Clean but bathroom grungy
Noise – Very quiet
Staff – Apartment so no staff on site; on arrival met us on short notice;
Food – None provided but kitchen has dry goods
Amenities – Usable kitchenette; great terrace; wonderful "Beehive" guidebook
Commentary – Booked through cross-polinate; no laundry or internet nearby (as stated by cross-polinate website); pictures on website were misleading but apartment has a charm nonetheless
Highlight – Nice location away from touristy places; great terrace with views; bedroom romantic and cozy
Lowlight – Nasty, cramped bathroom (you shower with the toilet); misleading representation on website

Mauvaise surprise
Côté salle de bain il y a une odeur d'égouts très persistante et la chambre n'est absolument pas isolée (ni thermiquement ni phoniquement)!
Par contre il est très bien localisé: proximité du métro et Colisée accessible à pied (15-20 minutes).
WiFi disponible.
A conseiller si on ne se préoccupe pas du confort et de l'esthétique, sinon passez votre chemin...
