Great but dangerous stairs

Great location and clean, the only downside is the spiral staircase, which is too dangerous for small children... a side protection would be necessary.

Great stay.

Very good accommodation. We had apartment 2 (with terrace). The accommodation is lighter than in the photos. Very clean and really nice. Close to train station and vaporetto. The terrace is more like a loggia. Quiet. Secure access.

A taste of Italy

A comfortable and spacious Italian style apartment in a very convenient location. With 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and lounge with. Dining area it is easily large enough for a family or two couples. Note however that the room in the eaves has no door so not so good if others get up early or go to bed late and you are a light sleeper!
Close enough to walk from Piazzale de Roma if you prefer to get a taxi from Marco Polo airport. Also very convenient for several vaporetto stops and the railway station. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy to walk into the centre if the boats are crowded!
Really enjoyed staying here.

Very Roomy

This Property was a find it was the top 2 floors of a 3 story We were there during the alt-aqua and we were nice and dry. after you enter on the ground floor you climbed to the two floor apartment which had a full kitchen nice bedroom on 1st floor a formal dining area with attached sitting room with TV full Bathroom on this floor also a spiral staircase led up to another bedroom and full bathroom with a enclosed patio on the roof. This place was quite comfy. We stayed in 2 places in Venice 1 in Florence 1 in Rome and this was our favorite.

Ottima sistemazione

Alloggio ampio e comodo per quattro persone,quello affittato da noi era composto da due camere da letto matrimoniali,un salotto/sala da pranzo,cucinino (ben attrezzato,anche con lavastoviglie!),un bagno confortevole e un ulteriore piccolo servizio. Gestore cortese e disponibile,buona pulizia, letti comodi e dotazioni buone,prese della luce in abbondanza,acqua calda sempre disponibile. Molto silenzioso. La posizione è ottima ,pochi minuti dalla stazione S.Lucia,servizi commerciali in abbondanza, mercato della frutta sotto casa e supermercati molto vicini . Buona vacanza
