Nice experience in Oreno

Beautiful structure in Oreno di Vimercate
It looks like a medieval village, comfortable and clean rooms, we stayed 2 nights and had a good time, parking is free and free just 2 steps from the property
Friendly staff, they made it easier for us to enter the room

Rude and not honest owners.

Rude and not honest owners. They pretend to, but they don't respect their own rules placed through Booking.com web page. Our experience was bad and we felt discriminated against as the owners of the Borromeo Rooms Bed & Living wanted to charge us extra money for our service dog, which by the rules and regulations, it is a fraud. However, they ignored rules and insisted on the payment because (as per their saying) : " we have our own rules". Strange enough, these owners want their property to be featured and booked through other webpages but they don't like to respect rules and regulations. I would also like to add that the webpage I was trying to book through, their customer service washed their hands from this case, while we were expecting them to being a lot more supportive. So, concluding this review, we learned that people should stay away from the property-Borromeo Rooms Bed & Living

If you could give 0 I would! Stay away from me!

Bad experience for the couple of friends prevented from Rome for my wedding in June. I trusted this B&B because literally behind the village church and 2 steps from restaurants, bars, hairdresser perfect for the occasion.
Too bad that since booking via whatsapp contacting the managers, Milan-based company, the Service was bad, cold, not up to scratch. I have never been able to view the rooms, even though I live in the country, because the managers rely on a person, who also speaks bad Italian, who opens the rooms when you check in, never available when I was.
The room itself allocated to guests was on the ground floor, near the entrance gate, without any A/C system (it was or 33 degrees with humidity at 90% in those days), an oven in short, and despite the request for at least 1 fan was never followed. No water Service or anything, even with a kettle or coffee machine, how could they have used it?
Last but not least, breakfast is not offered by covid nor have they ever thought of offering a good breakfast at the only bar in the country, 100 meters away, illogical and really absurd for a structure devoid of any comfort.
Really a wrong choice for anyone, it was not expected luxury, only the MINIMUM of the human.
The amount spent well above what offered, my advice look at the other BB per oreno!

Cosy

Bed and breakfast very cozy and simple. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms and rooms are well kept and the breakfast is quite good. Obviously being a bed and breakfast is not great but I came here as accommodation for the night and I had a great time.

Glad we had the chance to visit :-)

It was our last night in Italy, wanted to spend the last night close to Malpensa air port.
Place is about 45 minutes away.
We found the place amazing.
The courtyard is very special, good breakfast, and the room was very very nice and comfortable.
We had a magical evening in a place nearby, with music and good food, and will surely remember this place as a place we had a very good time.
Owners are a very very nice young couple.
