Fantastic Experience!

Everything about this property was top-notch, including: the little, private balcony; the clean and well-appointed room; the little kitchenette with coffee, tea, milk, a big bottle of water, and little butters provided; microwave & all the dishes and silverware; safety bars in bathtub; two comfortable bathrobes; blackout blinds and curtains to cover large windows; good bed and pillows (slept so well!); outlets well-positioned; and the breakfast served each of the three days was out of this world, fresh with many options both hot and cold, and gluten-free bread too which was very much appreciated. The dining area was lovely, with big windows and comfortable seating. The staff are attentive and accommodating, and the common area comfortable and welcoming - the little fireplace is a nice touch. The location is perfect if you like the Byward Market venues and nearby museums and galleries. I can’t say enough about this place, it is very reasonably priced, and will be my only choice from now on.

This was my second time staying here, and the front desk remembered me from my previous stay. We arrived early and they let us check in right away. A great location right near the Byward Market, but not too close so the nightlife didn't bother our rest.
A nice cozy room that is perfect for couples. Highly recommend.

Amazing 5 days at the hotel. The staff were great and the breakfast was truly a classic. They should have a ramp for wheelchairs and for those who cannot use the stairs to lift their suitcases.

I was delighted with my experience. Staff were available and friendly. I was greeted by an immaculate living area and bathroom with bathrobes, abundant towels and wash clothes. Bare floors throughout is a welcome change from hotel carpeting. There's a quick elevator and plenty of room to hang clothes and belongings as well as a sink, frig, microwave and dishware. It's located in Byward Market near clubs and restaurants. I am moving this to the front of my list of places to stay in Ottawa.

The best things was the hot breakfast. It’s a bit pricey for what seems to be a dorm room and the shower pressure was low on the 2nd Floor. Hallways and elevator in this apartment are tight when meeting other customers with luggage.
