Great location within walking distance to most points of interest. Coffee, tea (including milk and cream) available 24 hours in lobby area as well as a cold water dispenser. Bathrooms are small, but well equipped. Shower floors are VERY slippery - pack your flip flops!

Staff were friendly and informative.
Room was nice with a large bathroom. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. Lots of stairs to room and to breakfast.

Great Location, walk to almost everything in old town. Newly built in an old building facade, great breakfast, great staff. No Elevator - but the staff carried our suitcases up to our room and down again, which was a great touch. Highly Recommend.

Very nicely decorated, spacious rooms, in the middle of the old Quebec! Very good breakfast and an espresso machine in the room!

The hotel is very well situated for the Old town and very close to the busy restaurant area. The reception team greeted us politely and plesantly and helped us to take our luggage to the 5th floor.
The lack of lift is the only small downside but understandable for such a period property. We were fine taking the stairs anyway!
We had a very nicely proportioned and decorated room with a lovely bathroom.
The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and well stocked with the option to eat in the open courtyard. Overall, we had a great time at Hotel Acadia!!
