The hotel was conveniently situated to tourist attractions. The suite was very spacious and we appreciated the room.

Nice hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here and everything went smoothly. The stairs are quite steep, That wasn't a problem, but could be for anyone with limited mobility.

Nice room and the hotel is in a central area. The check-in was slow, as our room wasn't available at the expected time and there was a lack of information about when it would be ready, but everything was fine after that. The checkout went smoothly and the hotel got us a taxi very quickly at a peak time.

Great front desk service, bag storage prior to check in was a plus, clean room, spotless bathroom. Only stayed one night but excellent location to visit Old Quebec City.

Very bad experience

Impossible to sleep!! There is a tavern under the rooms, we heard the music and people's conversations until 4 a.m. Furthermore, the air conditioning did not work, it was 78.8°F in the room and the windows do not open. The worst night of my entire life.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que vous avez vécu une nuit aussi difficile et que le bruit ainsi que la température de la chambre ont grandement affecté votre confort.
Comme indiqué sur nos plateformes de réservation, notre établissement est situé au-dessus d’une taverne, et cette proximité peut effectivement occasionner des nuisances sonores, particulièrement en soirée. Nous comprenons toutefois que le niveau de bruit que vous avez subi ait rendu votre sommeil très difficile et nous en sommes sincèrement désolés.
Concernant la climatisation, nous regrettons également qu’elle n’ait pas fonctionné adéquatement pendant votre séjour. Nous avons bien pris note de votre commentaire et le transmettrons à notre équipe de maintenance afin que l’équipement soit vérifié.
Nous comprenons également votre frustration concernant les fenêtres. En raison de la configuration et des caractéristiques de notre bâtiment historique, certaines fenêtres des chambres ne peuvent malheureusement pas être ouvertes.
Nous regrettons sincèrement que ces différents éléments aient eu un impact aussi négatif sur votre séjour et vous remercions de nous avoir fait part de vos commentaires.
