Overall Excellent Value

Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious accommodation, with plenty of parking and friendly reception staff. The included breakfast was more than adequate, however they could have used an extra coffee maker to reduce the wait time. The onsite laundry facilities were an added bonus. If you are accustom to staying at Shangri-la or Four Seasons hotels this might not be the place for you, but overall it offers excellent value.

Pleasant stay at MUN

Very nice reception staff and great value for money. Access to kitchen with fridge was beneficial. Nice and clean rooms. Easy access with bus to downtown St. John's but also walkable. I would recommend this.

Give university residence a try in St. John’s, NFLD

A great place for any age group to stay - we are a couple of VERY senior friends who booked thanks to a friend’s recommendation. We each had our own room with a shared bathroom. Single beds were comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. They even provided soap and shampoo.
There is a TV lounge and fridge with plenty of room to store food from your cooler. Laundry facilities as well. Free parking close to residence door.
Breakfast was included with plenty of choices - even great granola. My only complaint - no cream for coffee but you can bring your own.
Price was incredibly reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Five minute drive to downtown.
Best deal in St. John’s. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable and economical

All the essentials and comfort without the unnecessary hotel luxuries at an excellent price. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is plenty of parking available and there is always an Uber available nearby. The location is outside of the busy downtown but close to everything you might like to visit in St. John's.
