Great Hotel With Superb Staff Service

It was our second time staying at this Delta hotel and the service was just as amazing as the first time. I must recognize the hospitality from the front desk agents that worked the evening of May 30th who went above and beyond to fulfill my request even with the limited resources they had. The hotel itself is upscale and sleep for Thunder Bay and really stands out among its competitors.
As a titanium member I was graciously upgraded to a bigger room facing the Sleeping Giant, granted access to the elite pantry and was provided a 4PM late check out.
Additionally, after checking in, we were very surprised to find a Persian roll compliments of the hotel. It was very yummy!
We look forward to a future stay here as this may be our only preferred option on future visits to our family members.
Thank you Delta hotel team!

Hello 908adanv,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for choosing to stay with us again! We are truly honored to be your preferred hotel when visiting Thunder Bay.
It’s fantastic to hear that your second stay lived up to your first experience. I will be sure to share your kind recognition with our front desk team, especially the evening staff on May 30th, they will be delighted to know their efforts made such a positive impact.
We’re also pleased you enjoyed your room upgrade, Elite benefits, and the view of the Sleeping Giant, it’s one of our favorites as well! And of course, we’re glad the Persian roll added a special touch to your stay.
Thank you again for your loyalty and thoughtful feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back for another exceptional experience in the future!

Room and staff were great, shower was big and overall room was clean and comfortable. Only nit pick was room service came in take out containers and was soggy and had those crappy wooden forks. But hey at least they have it.
View was also amazing and walking the docks nearby is highly recommended. Would also recommend just going to restaurant to sit down.

Restaurant was poor service and the menu items were not available and very expensive for what we got. Room was clean but ask for water facing room. You can hear the trains running all night on the rooms on the other side. I’ve stayed at the Delta in Toronto and it is far superior than this Delta. Not worth the high rate per night.

The whole time from check in to check out was excellent.
The staff was great as we did have a problem and they looked after it ASAP.
The dinner area was also great, the food was great.
The lobby was very pleasing and your were greeted when entering.
The parking was also good, had no problems what so ever .
The room was great with a view of the marina, very modern and up to date.
I would greatly suggest the people stay there, it is the destination spot.
The value is there don't short change yourself , treat yourself the stay is worth it.
